GHSU residents organizing health and wellness fair

AUGUSTA, Ga. – A group of Georgia Health Sciences University residents are sponsoring a free community health and wellness fair from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 25 at the Kroc Center, 1833 Broad St.

The idea for the fair originated when GHSU’s House Staff Organization wanted to form a community service group. The fair, their first project, will include health screenings and information about healthy living. It is open to the public.

Attendees will also be able to sign up for memberships and classes at the Kroc Center. For more information about the fair, e-mail Mary Glover, (what year, what residency program?) at mglover@georgiahealth.edu.
