MAU Job Fair on Wednesday

MAU Workforce Solutions will hold a job fair on Wednesday for more than 85 positions at local industrial sites paying up to $16 per hour.

The job fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hampton Inn at 4081 Jimmie Dyess Parkway. Job fair attendees will be interviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. All job fair attendees will be entered to win one of three $25 Wal-Mart gift cards.

MAU is hiring for the following positions:

Augusta: forklift drivers, mechanical assemblers, customer support representative

Aiken: production, quality technicians, welders

North Augusta: welders

Beech Island: forklift drivers, stackers/packers

All applicants must submit to a background check and drug screening. A wide variety of shift models and shift schedules are available. Applicants can also ask about the MAU Associate Referral Program, which includes a potential $50 bonus.
