Plea deal in city bribe case

A plea bargain has been reached in the case against David Fry, who is accused of trying to bribe two Augusta commissioners in 2009, District Attorney Ashley Wright confirms.

The details of the bargain are not public, but will be discussed at a sentence hearing March 8 before Superior Court Judge Blanchard.
